Reseat it and then measure the LVDS signal output pins on the interface board (seek professional assistance). If there is a signal but no display, and all cables are connected properly, the 02047015-01 interface board needs to be replaced.

  • Q2: When exporting a report through the USB port of the 50205008-01, the computer displays a "Device not recognized" message. Even replacing the USB cable doesn't work. What should I do?
